The insurance industry has traditionally been viewed as impersonal, unfriendly and opportunistic. In an era where things are changing rapidly, Rela is at the forefront of this change.

We created the name Rela which means ‘willing’ in Malay. Rela’s positioning is an insurance agency that’s disrupting the norm by providing a more transparent and friendly approach whilst maintaining an air of professionalism and wisdom.

The new tagline ‘No worries! We’ve got you covered.’ is akin to a casual conversation with a friend who’s always willing to lend a hand and solve problems together with you. The hovering umbrella motif, symbolising security, correlates with the tagline.

Playquarters worked with Rela to develop a brand identity, naming, positioning, art direction, merchandise design and digital marketing materials.
